Welcome to COD CRM PRO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our CRM software and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using COD CRM PRO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

COD CRM PRO is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software designed for e-commerce businesses. Our service includes:

• Dashboard and analytics for business performance tracking
• Order management and tracking
• Lead and ad campaign management
• Multi-user access with permission controls
• Data import/export functionality
• Integration with third-party shipping services

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Our service is provided on a subscription basis:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the chosen billing period
• All payments are processed securely through Freemius
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Use the service to store or transmit infringing content

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you enter into COD CRM PRO. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You can export your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked
• You may request data export within 30 days of termination

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COD CRM PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
