If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request the refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
- This is your first subscription to COD CRM PRO
- Your account has not been terminated for Terms violations
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day period
- Renewal payments (only initial purchase is covered)
- Accounts terminated for abuse or Terms violations
- Partial month or unused subscription time after 7 days
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and reason for refund (optional)
- We will process your request within 3-5 business days
5. Refund Processing
Once approved:
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- Your account access will be revoked upon refund
6. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Your access continues until the end of your billing period
- No refund for unused time after the 7-day guarantee period
- Cancel through your Freemius customer portal
7. Plan Changes
If you upgrade or downgrade your plan:
- Upgrades: Prorated charges for the remaining period
- Downgrades: Applied at the next billing cycle
